S000 and W000 Kapiolani Boulevard Water and Sewer Improvements Water and Sewer Line Improvements This project’s goal is to rehabilitate the existing sewer and water systems along Kapiolani Boulevard. The areas of rehab include Kapiolani Boulevard from Ward Avenue to Kalakaua Avenue, Kalakaua Avenue from Kapiolani Boulevard to Ala Wai Canal. The construction consists of installing new water mains and laterals, rehabilitating sewer lines using Cured-In-Place Pipe methods, reconstructing deteriorated sewer manholes, upgrading the electrical system for traffic signals, installing new curb ramps and repaving and restriping portions of travel lanes.

H010 Fort Weaver Road Road Widening Fort Weaver Road from Laulaunui Street to Renton Road.  The work is part of Phase II of a project to widen Fort Weaver Road from four lanes to six, adding an additional traffic lane in each direction from Aawa Drive to Geiger Road.  Phase II is expected to be completed in mid-2009 at a total cost of $59.85 million, 80% of which will paid for with federal funds and 20% by state funds. W005 99-41 FARRINGTON HIGHWAY : 30inch and 24 inch Transmission Mains - Ph I INSTALLATION OF NEW 24" DI MAIN. Start of chlorination and flushing of new 24" DI water main. Delta will be working near Hawaiian Water Park . No lane closures.
