Austin, Tsutsumi & Associates, Inc. (ATA) is a local civil engineering consultant firm.  Under the direction of the City and County of Honolulu, ATA provides the project management and consultation services for the DriveAkamai program.

Becker Communications, Inc. (BCI) is a full service public relations firm based in Hawaii.  BCI will be working closely with ATA to increase public awareness of the DriveAkamai program.
